Slit Sky Entry

There are events in meditation which are abstract to the yogi, where he/she does not recognize the perception. If one has a high experience and cannot identify it as such, there is the likelihood that one will dismiss it as being meaningless.

In the diagram below, this was an experience, where when meditating in the darkness of the mind, which is represented as jet black, there occurred an opening to another sky. The opening had a slit irregular shape and the sky on the other side of it, had a greyish color.

Such experiences are involuntary, occurring on their own. When they happen, the yogi may only see the opening for a number of seconds. He/She should recognize them as entries or slits into another environment.
