Sharing the Self
If the self was a residence would you share it?
Let me rephrase that:
If you were a home would you allow anyone else in?
It was brought to my attention that a few persons, both deceased, were in my psyche. Perhaps I should say these persons were discovered in my mind. Or should I say that these persons were discovered in my psyche. Or should I say these persons were found to be living in my mind.
I think the Christians would call that possession unless the intruder was the Holy Ghost.
One of these persons did meditation procedures as I did the same. We worked together like this for some time now at least since he became evicted from his physical form.
Did I invite him to do this?
No, I did not. It just happened that one day I discovered that he was in my psyche doing this, doing the same meditations procedures I did. It was like when you are walking in a park and a friend happens to be there at the same time. Then each day at about the same time when you are in that park, the friend is there with you, walking along. No invitation. No permission. Nothing. It just happens like that.
The other person was discovered to be with us one day. I noticed that he was there. This was a person who was one of my yoga teachers early on in this life but who is now deceased. He was actually the yoga teacher of both myself and my friend.
The other person, the yoga teacher, did not come as regular as my friend but he used to come now and again. However today, August 26, 2017, he had a troubled look on his face. He then said, It should be shown. It has to be shown. Otherwise it will not be practiced in the right way.
I said to him, “Since you got into the building without even turning a key, it means that you have rights to take whatever you desire, including a meditation procedure.”
He replied, “No it does not work in that way. It has to be taught, shown. I should be directed.”
I wanted to explain that my friend, the other intruder, did the procedure just as I did, all on his own without it being explained to him. I did not say this because I felt the teacher would be discouraged or would take that as a negative statement towards him.
I explained to him what we did but I only explained the first part of the procedure. The teacher realized that a part was not explained. He responded like this, “What about the other part?”
I replied, “That other part cannot be used until after long practice with the first part. Be confident. Take heart to this. Why feel that I would jip you on this? As soon as you master that first part, as soon as it is done to proficiency, you will be able to spontaneously do the second part.”
After he relaxed. I signaled my friend, to do the full procedure and I carefully went through the first procedure with the teacher.
Here are both procedures:
1.
Do bhastrika breath-infusion until one feels that all negative energy was displaced by fresh energy which is breathe into the psyche, into your existential mental and emotional self?
Sit to meditate.
Observe the condition of the energy in the psyche.
Take note of the observer to be sure that it is not extroverted.
Take note of the location of the observer in the psyche, as you would any object in a residence or building.
Listen for naad sound resonance.
Move the observing self into the naad sound resonance.
Remain in naad sound resonance.
If you are on the edge of it or if you are on the surface of it, dive into it like a porpoise diving into the depts. of the sea.
Remain submerged into it.
Imbibe it.
2.
Come to the surface of naad or the edge of it.
Focus energy to the right front of the intellect orb.
This orb may be identify as the location where imaginations take place in the mind, the place where memories are illustrated.
Avoid putting the focus energy of the observing self into the intellect. Instead place it at a soft spot to the right front of the intellect but on this side of the brow chakra.
If you do not feel the soft spot return to naad meditation as in step 1.
See spot in diagram:
