Self as Light

On February 25, 2021, Yogeshwarananda mentioned the subjective light which is the coreSelf. This was during a meditation which he supervised because he wanted to explain that asana postures in hatha yoga should be completed. These he said are not a waste of time because they allow the yogin to scrap polluted energies in the psyche for fresh higher-level subtle energy which is acquired while doing bhastrika/kapalabhati breath infusion.

During the meditation somehow because of the presence of Yogeshwarananda, my psyche experienced a transit to a higher plane. At that place, to the top right, way in the distance, I saw a red tinge oval shape, way above in the distance to the top right. It had a star point of a light yellow-white color which streaked light from it. This I recognized as the oval globule which is mentioned in the Brahmakumari sect, and which was seen by their founder, Dadaji.

This has a cocoa pod shape, somewhat oval.

Soon after the perception of this orb, there was a shift into a totally subjective state but which Yogeshwarananda being objective and giving an instruction for perception of the core’s subjectivity.

The coreSelf is objective to whatever there is except that it is subjective to itself only. This subjectivity is a state of total blindness toward itself; where it does not see itself. In fact, it has a stubborn tendency to see everything but itself.

This tendency causes the core to be disinterested in itself in its raw state and to crave infinite facets of objectivity in reference to everything else. A yogi must if he/she is to master yoga, gain insight and vision in the subjectivity states of the self.
