Samadhi and an almost dead physical

Meditation this morning was with some flashes of light. There were three lights which appeared under the core self. These were about 2 and one half inches in diameter but they appeared only for about 3 seconds for the most. These lights were distance but of small duration as described.

After those lights I was in naad sound and naad light with perception of a large space like a huge cave, which was the psyche. There I lost objective consciousness and was only subjectively aware in a state of a type of samadhi which was being a color in a place which was filled with color.

When this state ended, I became objective and noticed that my head and neck had drooped forward. The tongue was pushed up to the back of the bottom teeth and was stiff there. I withdraw it from there but the physical body felt as if the life of it was not there. Gradually the physical body recovered.

After this session of meditation, something came to me which was the idea that thoughts and thought generation has to do with location, with dimension. Both of these the location and the dimension are necessary for thought generation. If one is not in a certain place and in a certain dimension, thoughts cannot be generated. It is not that thoughts are generated in every time and in every place. It is actually restricted.

Our hang up is that we usually reside psychologically in the realms where the thoughts are produced. If the student yogi can transit away from that place during meditation, then samadhi experiences would be on the increase as the chittavritti mind-emotion energies would not vibrate in a manner which prevents samadhi practice.
