Is there any difference between religion and spirituality?

My reply:

Religion is defined at Wikipedia as:

A religion is an organized collection of beliefs, cultural systems, and world views that relate humanity to an order of existence.

The same reference gives spirituality as this:

Spirituality may refer to almost any kind of meaningful activity, personal growth, or blissful experience.

Therefore unless we first agree on the definition of these terms, it would be risky to contrast them.

Religion and spirituality may mean one and the same to one person and may mean totally different aspects to another person. Therefore a definition should be agreed upon.
