Portal Opening / Meditation

A portal or opening, from here to a higher dimension, is difficult to achieve. The reason is that one cannot command a portal to open. Usually, a yogi has an experience of being transferred into, or seeing into, some higher existence. But such experiences happen involuntarily, with no control over the access, but with the ability to observe the opening, and dimension, for a limited space of time, for a moment or for moments.

One such experience may be all that a yogi needs, to be convinced that there are higher dimensions which have atmospheres, made of energy which is different to this earthly place. A yogi may access a portal, which shows more than an environment. It may show people in another place, with or without the feelings which are experienced in this locale.

Meditation is the way to relive or reexperience such places. In meditation it is frequently found that at one’s command, a portal does not open. What should a yogi do about this?

He should meditate, and practice inner withdraw and steadiness. That will increase the possibility to have those experiences more frequently. In meditation, one should nurture the naad sound resonance, and the light all-surround or partial-surround, in which the coreSelf finds itself, when the mind is quiet, and when it gives up its urges to see physical objects in the physical world.
