If one has psychic experiences of past lives, should one publish information about this?

Secondly, why are yogis typically reluctant to reveal their past life activities and corresponding identities?

It is up to each yogi to reveal to others information or experience of a past life. There is no set rule which applies to each yogi. As great a yogi is Gautam Buddha gave details of his past lives, even lives as an aquatic. And Buddha is supposedly a yogi who denied, or did not assert, that individuality is real. Still, he spoke of incidences not only of his past life but his past life while living in the past with others, who were or were not his disciples, even ones when a disciple of his, who was hostile to Buddha, was antagonistic in more than one past life.

However, one must think it over, before one releases information which was derived from mystic experiences or intuition in a past life. One may be laughed out of the room by others who may disbelief the information. One runs the risk of being rated as an arrogant fool.

One must be courageous to release such information. One must be tough to stand the ridicule or even resentment which may be projected from others, who may read or hear about a past life intuition or vision.
