No-Food Astral Zone

In preparation for being exempt from rebirth, Yogeshwarananda has a place on the astral side, where yogis/yoginis can become accustomed to not eating food, even psychic foodstuff.

At this place there is no food prepared or served. Yogis who reside there feel no need for eating or tasting. The subtle body takes nourishment from the atmosphere of the place. There is energy exchange between the subtle energy in the body with the subtle energy in the psychic atmosphere there.

I discovered this place when I visited that place on January 10, 2023. At first I was at the astral ashram of Yogeshwaranand, a place where yogis may go if he permits, where the practice of yoga in terms of breath infusion or meditation can be continued with full focus on the practice while one lives there.

Someone whom I knew, who lived there was absent. When I wanted to inquire as to why that person was missing, that person came from high above but in a sunlight body. Coming within fifty feet, that person beamed without speaking. The expression was that she transferred to another location where food was unnecessary.

Later Yogeshwarananda said this to me, “They practice to develop the resistance to the desire to eat. The subtle body has to lose that tendency.”
