Neutral Bliss ~ Kundalini Yoga
Advanced students of the kundalini yoga process using kapala-bhati or bhastrika breath infusion must at first work aggressively in the breath infusion practice to arouse kundalini and channel it up the spine. They should use the locks effectively, day after day, until the sushumna nadi central spinal passage is completely bored out and remains clear of subtle energy debris so that there are no more constriction points or blockages.
This allows for psychic insight even when one is not doing the practice, as the residual effects feed into routine activities even. Once the kundalini was repeatedly forced through the sushumna spinal nadi, it will cause the reproduction energy to be magnetically pulled to the muladhar base chakra as a matter of course. This will be experienced as a continuous feed of the sex hormonal energy to the base chakra, where the kundalini will consume it, like a wick using oil in a lamp.
It is not a matter of static celibacy, because the action of the breath infusion if it is done properly, will utilize the sex hormone energy, instead of allowing that energy to be dormant or to be held in reserve. Most ascetics who make the run for celibacy practice not celibacy but dormant or stagnant sexuality. But they mistake this for celibacy.
There are two types of viable and useful celibacy:
1. A gender neutral subtle body
2. Consumption of generated sexual energy for purposes other than sexual expression
The ideal condition is the first which is to have a gender neutral subtle body. If one does not have such a form, then any idea about absolute celibacy is a farce.
The second type which is the consumption of generated sexual energy for purposes other than sexual expression is the one to be used by persons whose subtle forms have a gender configuration as male, female or bisexual. So long as there is a gender configuration, the idea of celibacy as an absolute practice is nonsensical. This is because even though the will power of the entity may plan for absolute sexlessness, still that has little meaning because the volition will be overpowered by the sensuosity in the psyche. This sensuosity is also known as the kundalini lifeforce.
After the ascetic masters the arousal of kundalini using breath infusion, and then consistently blast kundalini through sushumna nadi upwards into the subtle head, he or she may then turn to the practice of cell kundalini. When that practice becomes proficient, the ascetic should serous consider the possibility of ceasing the generation of reproductive hormones.
Cell kundalini means the process through which the ascetic induces bunches of cells to release their kundalini potential, so that they do not hoard and then award that to the spinal kundalini. This is important because it releases the cells from their slavery to the spinal kundalini.
There is a nice story about one of the Shivas, where when he as to initiate the process of sexual generation to create other bodies, he was superseded by the other supernatural entities, who became impatient and began using sexual intercourse to expand progeny.
Shiva delayed the generation process as he was doing a meditation to figure how best to initiate the process. In the meantime, the supernatural entities who were waiting for him to pioneer the process, grew impatient. They were under a time pressure coming from the entities who were to be their progeny. They could wait no on longer. They engaged sexually and procreated.
After some time, Shiva, who was meditating, resumed external consciousness and realized what happened. He took a strange action. He broke off his genitals and threw it away, exclaiming that he had no use for the organ.
“What is the use of this? They generated already. I no longer have need for this?”
The problem is that no one else could follow his example in this case, because the other entities did not have the power to break off their genitals much less discard it. What then should we do, being that we are stuck with gender equipment as male, female or bisexual?
The answer is to retreat. In any battle when one realized that one is losing, it become incumbent to retreat immediately. Once soldiers understand that they are doomed if they press ahead, they no longer act like stupid Spartans who fight on in the name of heroism. Instead they either put up a white flag or retreat hastily.
In this case, putting up a white flag is no possibility, because the enemy in this case which is the psychic material nature has no plans to take prisoners. The only solution the last resort here is to retreat hastily. It is said that after a big asteroid smashed into the Americas and created the Gulf of Mexico, the big dinosaurs were wiped out but smaller mammals survived by become diminutive. Their small sizes allowed them to avoid the species-terminating aspects of the new climatic environment.
Question is:
Is there a way to escape the complicated motivations of the kundalini energy?
The suggestion about that is that one has to figure a way to stop the psyche from creating the reproductive energy. From inside of the psyche one should investigate how to hijack the digestive energy before it is sent to the reproductive organs where it acquires a sex-force charge.
This has nothing to do with anyone beside the core-self and its psyche. It does not relate to what anyone else does socially. It is totally an inside investigation.
It is a task for the yogi to get used to neutral energy because for millions of years, nature constructed this body for sexual expression with reproductive concerns. It produce a high electrical voltage and current for this purpose, something which we mistake for pleasure, because of the way the sense interpret sexual energy. Can the yogi adjust this?
