Minority Rule?

Very nice to hear someone piece it all together line beads on a thread.

So autocracy or minority rule is very much a possibility, having inched it's way over decades!

She is optimistic that the majority will not allow it apart from the out-of-the-ordinary fluke elections.

It may not really be a question of allowing as much as prevailing. I hope she is right.
