Meditation report

Confident that watching the breath delivers, the emptying takes place, the letting go allows  a space within my heart that fills up to my eyeballs with golden Light. It is a weightless, airy, uplifting space . Above the eyeballs is a light blue refined "mist" that I am not able to see far into. Patience and confident faith must be applied, I say. "You've got this" and keep on keeping on.
