If anyone could provide some details or info as to some of the main points that are dealt with in Terri's video I would personally appreciate it, as have not yet been able to watch it. 
Sometimes I find others' misery or misfortune emotionally taxing when connected with in close up, just not quite ready or feeling up to it. Thanks.
