Kundalini ~ Stationary Burst

When doing breath infusion practice, after boring out sushumna nadi central passage, and focusing on cell kundalini bunches or bursts, there may be time when there are stationary burst of crystal-clear pixelated bliss force. When this happens the energy burst will remain stationary. It will not attempt to express itself outside of the area where the burst was localized. It will not try to expand or contract. It will remain stationary and express itself in the zone concerned.

This is region kundalini bursts with full expressiveness, evenly distributed in the zone where it occurs, with no interest in mating with any other part of the psyche, with no interest in reaching any other place inside or outside of the psyche. This may happen with multiple such burst occurring simultaneously, with each maintaining itself for a time, and not infringing or mixing with others, where each is on a different level with a different intensity and bliss aspect which is observed.

This helps to train the mind to appreciate internal conditions and to make the mind want to see from within itself using subtle and super subtle perception which gives objectivity even in subjective states.
