Kundalini Omni-focus

After becoming proficient in spinal kundalini rises into the head of the subtle body, one should continue raising kundalini on a daily basis for some time, preferably for about three years or more. This is due to the fact that the Kundalini will usually subside back down to muladhar base chakra even after it is aroused into the subtle head and penetrates as far as brahmrandra.

Kundalini’s native residence is muladhar chakra. It gets support to have that as its default location. Thus unless they are repeated efforts to cause it to abandon that place, it will return there no matter how many times the yogi can cause it to be aroused through the sushumna central passage into the head of the subtle form.

After much practice, there will be a time when the kundalini will remain as a stub energy in the back lower part of the subtle head. This is when it will be possible to arouse cell kundalini. These are micro kundalinis of each cell. These usually contribute their charge of energy to the grand kundalini at the base chakra, but if the grand kundalini is permanently relocated to the base of the head, the micro kundalinis will lose the tendency to always give their energy charge to the grand kundalini. Then it will be possible for the acetic to realize the cell kundalini in bunches and zones in the psyche.

It takes some practice to master this but if the student persist he or she will experience that in certain areas. There are concentrated bliss energies where cells in in a zone fire at once and produce a bliss feeling which is intense but which is different to spinal kundalini. It will be a neutral energy for the most part but it will be as if it is a mass of shattered windscreen glass pressed together, being translucent and frosty with a mint-camphor feeling.

The value of cell kundalini in contrast to spinal kundalini is this: Cell kundalini allows the yogi to realize the entire subtle body as an aroused energized higher existence. Spinal kundalini is more about the spine and the head being of an aroused higher state. All parts of the subtle body are realized through cell kundalini arousal. If the practice continues steadily, the yogi will in time realize the whole body as one aroused bliss-yielding form with omni-focus where he cannot locate a focusing area in any specific part of it, due to the experience being homogenous through the entire subtle body. He will find that his observations are difficult to describe due to the evenly scattered emittance of the energy.
