Kundalini Big Spread
Experiences of kundalini when it ventures through the sushumna central channel into the head of the subtle body can be daunting. This is because if it is too powerful of an arousal, the observing self may not be able to grasp it and may be over powered by it. That happens. This is why it is necessary to be trained by someone who mastered kundalini. One should know how to apply physical and psychic locks which keep kundalini confined and passaged in particular way.
In normal life we do have experiences of the overpowerment of kundalini but we may not recognize that for what it is. Hence we give alerts about raising kundalini through the spine, without acknowledging that we have overpowering experiences with kundalini when we have sexual climax, hallucinogenic drugs and other types of actions which accidently or deliberately cause kundalini to explosively express itself.
If a munitions expert seal some explosives in a metal tank, his detonation of it may rupture the tank or it may be contained where it does not in any way damage the inner surface of the tank.
Suppose kundalini has much energy stored, so much that if it is aroused fully, it will rupture out of the subtle body, then what?
Never mind giving the answer. Just consider if it is possible for the psyche to produce so much energy in its kundalini that the energy could overpower the psyche.
How could that be?
Is that the way the psyche was created with a potential for accumulating so much force that the energy could rupture the subtle body. Could the energy be greater than the observing self?
Some times when teaching kundalini yoga breath-infusion to new students, I am sensitive to the student’s ability to contain the aroused kundalini. I may do breath-infusion kundalini release exercises that permit a small quantity of kundalini energy to ascend the spine. On occasion such a small release triggers a larger release suddenly, where the student loses objectivity completely.
That is the evidence that the kundalini may accumulate so much energy that the observing self could not control its full release.

This post was supposed to be about cell kundalini releases in the trunk of the subtle body as contrasted to what I wrote above which concerns spinal kundalini into the head of the subtle body.
Containing kundalini, clutching it, grasping it, getting one’s hands around it when it is fully released is a technique in itself. That should be mastered by any serious yogi. After all if you do not master your individual kundalini then what type of yogi would you be?
The main locks or bandhas are important in spinal kundalini release but there are other locks in other parts of the body which are not mentioned. When one does cell release kundalini, these other locks and even some strange postures become important for the control of kundalini burst in the trunk.
I had a trunk kundalini full release on December 6, 2017 in which the entire trunk of the subtle body was illuminated with a glow of whitish-blueish light. There were a series of bliss energy in the form of coiled springs which went to the sides of the trunk of the body, three on each side. These resonated against the inner edge of the trunk. These yielded bliss energy. I wanted to contain the experience so that I could make the memory record the configuration and form of it but it was just out of reach in the sense that I could only note portions of it and not all of it at once.
I was in effect blind to some of it, like a person whose eyes fail to capture colorful hues. What a wonder that the observing self has these limitation? It is amazing how we flatter ourselves about oneness with everything and being infinite. What false declaration!
The value of having a memory record of transcendence states is that the mind could use that in meditation to keep focus on the transcendence instead of always reaching for mundane references which the senses so readily record in the memory.
