How do intelligent people become hooked on prescription or non-prescription drugs?

Some say it is the physician or the pusher.

One thing is certain the responsibility to get out of it, rest with the person who is addicted because when all is said and done, that it the one person who has to carry the effects in the psyche, and has to do so ALONE both here and hereafter.
