Intellect Discovery
Of all the ideas I share, one which is hard to get is the reality of what I terms as a subtle organ, called the intellect or buddhi.
Many students say they cannot find it. And this is so true.
I was looking through some news articles recently and found the photo below, with a caption about what the man on your left was thinking while the photo was taken. This is one moment when an individual can realize what the buddhi intellect is and where it is located and person can identify itself himself or herself once and for all.
The problem is however that when one is engaged in this kind of thinking action, one simultaneously loses objectivity and when the objectivity returns one loses the focus. This leaves one without definite idea about what happened.
Look at the photo however and try to think back to when you were staring off into nowhere like this. What was happening in your mind. Where was the observing self? What else was involved?
In this instances of daydreaming, the observing-self is hypnotically focusing into the intellect where that observer sees mental objects which it either has requested for viewing or which were drummed up by the mind based on the circumstances the self is confronted with. The place or rather the psychic gadget in which the self focuses is the intellect.
