inSelf Yoga™ Doctrine

The patron deity for inSelf Yoga™ is Hiranyagarbha. Other deities are necessary but Hiranyagarbha is the overarching one. This person is also known as Brahma the creator-god of the cosmic situation which we are limited to currently.

The beauty of this yoga is that the concern is with the yoga teacher and the deities and not with anyone else nor with anyone’s analysis, praise nor criticism. This simplifies this and makes for a sure focus in terms of the relational existence.

As one of the primaries whose purpose is to document this enlightenment process, I am pleased to report that the Brahma deity dictated into my subtle head details about his doctrine or philosophical approach.

It is simple. It is neither a oneness nor dualist idea. It is pragmatic and evident even on the physical plane. This system acknowledges a self first of all but it admits that initially this self is a composite reality for the time being. It is a temporary collective which poses as a self but which consists of a coreSelf, a sense of identity, an intellect, a kundalini lifeForce and memory. The actual self in this self is termed as coreSelf. The composite mock-up self is the psyche which is a container of mental and emotional energy in which that core and its adjuncts reside.

Outside of the coreSelf but in the psyche there is a mental/emotional environment in which floats the other components of the psyche. These in turn are contained with the coreSelf in what is termed as the psyche which floats in a psychic environment.

The psyche is an enclosure for the core and its adjuncts. These collectively as an individual person has a relational situation with everything else. The core has a relationship with its adjuncts but collectively the core and its adjuncts has a relationship with the environment around the psyche. This relationship dictates to the psyche as to its function in relation to what surrounds it on all sides.

The core has the task to figure its relationship with the adjuncts. It should know its psyche’s relationship with the environment which surrounds the psyche.

Brahma (Hiranyagarbha) said that for him as the first being-production in the cosmos, there was awareness of his subtle body and the environment it was in. Then there was fear because of feeling a lack of control. At the time the environment was unresponsive to Brahma’s willpower. After feeling this fear there was the manifestation of a reliance energy which reached a preGod named Narayan. That gave Brahma the inspiration to do introspection for retraction of sensual energies (pratyahar). This caused order to manifest in the external environment. Then finally a sense of purpose was felt.

In conclusion:

·       There is a composite self which is a psyche

·       In this psyche there is a coreSelf with its adjuncts which are a sense of identity, an intellect, a kundalini lifeForce and memory.

·       The psyche is an enclosure with a mento-emotional environment.

·       This psyche as a collective individual cell is surrounded on all side by an environment which houses other psyches and energies in various dimensions.
