inMind Soundless Mantra

inMind Soundless Mantra

On the astral side, Rishi Singh Gherwal mentioned that when the mind takes to wondering or when it needs to be absorbed in something, that tendency should be directed. Usually that tendency takes its own course with the coreSelf looking on and indulging according to what the mind selects to be absorbed in.

Rishi feels that instead of letting the mind make a decision, the yogi should direct the mind to begin a session of inMind soundless chanting of the six-syllable mantra which is:

Om Namo Shivaya

This is a call for the Shiva who remains in yogic meditation for the duration of the creation.
