Species and environment are the two factors which we have to think of in terms of the hereafter, as to what will be after these bodies are confiscated by material nature.
Right now everything is going okay so long as the body is fairly healthy but in time, this system of health will collapse. It has got to happen, and then what?
Where will you go?
What species of life will you have to adapt to?
In this life, we adapted to the modern human body which was created by material nature. We know very well from fossils, that there were more crude human forms. There were even much cruder animals forms like the dinosaurs.
Did any of us ever use such crude forms?
Right now the human species is top gun on this planet, regardless of whether it is a green peace advocate or a Japanese whaler.
What will happen after the body is confiscated.
Do you know for sure?
Is that a blur to you?
Is that a matter of wishful thinking?
People who come from an undeveloped country get information about the developed nations in media and also from eyewitness accounts of their relatives who traveled to the more developed cities. Based on that those persons from the undeveloped countries make plans to migrate.
Sometimes a person from a developed country ventures to an undeveloped place for sightseeing and nature viewing. These people from the developed world have no interest in permanently settling in such places, like in the Amazon or like on the Bahamas islands. What they want to do there is to spend their hard earned dollars, then return to the developed country to work again, save money and then repeat the visit.
It is like that for those humans who develop righteous life style where they keep themselves in order socially by following some moral principles and then they go to an astral heaven for a while to see Jesus Christ or some such divine being, and then after a while when their pious credits are spent out, they again take another earthly body as an infant, and repeat the same type of life as a righteous person on earth.
Is this the kind of life you look forward to?
Well if you are, that is okay. But then you are not a yogi.

Yoga has to do with figuring out the pleasure hinge. Pleasure is the driver, the motivator of the each of the entities. According to the particular species of body used in an environment, that is how one behaves.
If you could figure the type of pleasure they get in the heavenly worlds or in the spiritual environment and if you could condition yourself to that, then you have it made in the hereafter.
But how will you figure that out, being that here on earth you have no perception of heaven or the spiritual world?
Are they eating meat in the heavenly planets?
Is Jesus involved in eating butchered flesh up there?
Is there sexual penetration there?
And if so, how is it done and how frequently?

“In figuring out pleasures”, the yogi needs consider the fact that pleasure is the motivator, and then that the pleasure principle is based on the two-fold factors of the species within some environment.
In addition, pleasure in turn is fueled by the desire impetus. One desires to pursue with or without ardent interest, and results in obtaining some pleasure as a trade-off, it is a transactional equation.
Another farther foundation in the psyche is the satisfaction element the living entity derives from their activities, these may or may not have directly detectable pleasure taste as they can be very subtle.
But the satisfaction energy feature of the psyche is the determinant engine behind many preoccupations even if not directly perceived. It is beyond the motivations of pleasure acquisition and pain avoidance, it is like the resultant churned concentration of these semi-subtle elements.
What material or subtle raw materials provide pleasure from the interplay of different sensorial interactions of the species, and their environment are all engaged in the procurement and securing of satisfaction (or contentment) energy.
Aside from non-participative, or reaching-out tendencies after pleasure, the yogi can consider the psychic content of his or her grade of satisfaction energy. The nature of that satisfaction energy is considerable in assessing a matching environment notable in the here and then the hereafter.
