Frozen Thoughts
I moved my attention to the front of the subtle head to observe the effects of my breath infusion session. I found it interesting that thoughts were present even after doing breath infusion for 1hr23mins. I became aware of a thought from my older son which I interpreted as “daddy does not understand me.” After noticing this, I created some distance from the thoughts by withdrawing my interest in prying into them. Thoughts were still present, but I became detached from them as if I was observing from far away and out of the range of their influence.
Then I began to objectively move about in the front of the subtle head. Whilst remaining detached, I sensed the presence of countless/innumerable/unimaginable amounts of thoughts. I was unaffected by them, unaware of their content, and they appeared static and/or frozen in place. It was as if I was walking through a dark space, and was maneuvering around and between pockets energy that was frozen in time.
Naad could be heard near the left ear. I kept moving about in the front of the subtle head. Then I decided to shift focus and turned my attention to the back of the subtle head. This was as if I was standing in place, then turned 180 degrees to the opposite direction. At this moment I got urges from thoughts to annotate my experience with the frozen thoughts. I paused the session, looked at my physical timer and realized 20+ minutes had elapsed. However, it felt as though only mere seconds had gone by.
I annotated the experience, then resumed my attempt at meditation after doing a rep of breath infusion whilst pressing on the physical eyes.
