Front Kundalini Burst

Front kundalini is little known because spinal sushumna nadi kundalini is the one which is popular and which is written about frequently. Just as there is a rush of kundalini from muladhar chakra, through the spine into the brain, there could be rush up the front of the body. This could begin at muladhar base chakra or at the sex organ chakra (not spinal sex chakra) or from a place in the lower trunk.

When this front kundalini goes upwards it may travel up the center front of the body or a little to the right or left of center. It may pass through the chest then into the neck and then into the brain or it may spread in the chest only and not go into the neck.

See the diagram below where instead of passing through the neck, kundalini passed through the central chest and burst out of the body in a spray of energy. This occurred while doing bhastrika breath infusion with the spine curved back and the knuckles touching at the point of extreme curvature of the back.
