Existential Isolation

On March 25, 2021, I had a second encounter with Ramana Maharshi in a supernatural dimension, which is a shift place reached through meditation transit. I saw him there the day prior. This time I made an inquiry. I asked.

How did you reach this existential place?

He replied.

Denial. Neti neti. Not this, not that

It must be done with sincerity.

It is abandonment even towards those to whom I had dear affections.

Knowing that he reached that place by a mean besides using asana postures and pranayama breath infusion, I inquired of this. He listed denial which is yogic process of denying identity to every suggestion presented in the mind by any adjunct of the psyche.

In that method, the coreSelf stands its ground in its quest to realize itself with no affiliation or dependency on its adjuncts, as a bare someone, alone with no assistants.

I reached that existential place using asana postures, pranayama breath infusion, pratyahar sensual energy withdrawal, and deep meditation which was tagged by Patanjali as the three higher states of yoga as one sequential event (dharana/dhyana/samadhi).

One reaches that place by inner transit, inner skip, inner transfer away from the astral domains to the supernatural level which is above that. It is attained after years of meditation in the effort to cordon the coreSelf from the intellect, kundalini and memory, particularly the intellect because that adjunct influences the neutral sense of identity to enlist the services of the coreSelf. This happens whenever the core exhibits its attention energy which is captured by the sense of identity and offered to the intellect for its usage.

Visually, that supernatural place is bright with a sobering clear light energy. There is no possibility of regret, depression, rejection and such sordid influences at that location. It is blissful there but quite sobering. One has a feeling of ~what should I do next~. But it is not a pressing urge, just a slight prompt which seems to be stalled just before it could become an urge for renewed participation in lower domains.

Usually, each yogi who is in that state, feels as if he is alone. The memories of relationships with others, is absent there. There is no perception of anyone besides the self, there is no engagement of any psychological adjunct. Time is alive there but it neither moves nor pressures the yogi.
