discussion submission problem

If you create an article and install it on this form, please after clicking the submit button below, wait for a few seconds and then refresh the entire page.
There is a defect where if you wait for it to be submitted, it will remain on this page forever. We are investigating this currently.
do this in the meantime:
- create your article
- click submit below
- count to 10
- refresh the entire page in the browser
- check to see if your article was submitted
