This is an advanced meditation procedure introduced to me by Yogesh. He entered my subtle head during a meditation session and described this.
First one should do a thorough breath infusion session so that all carbon dioxide is extracted from the cells in the body and expelled through the lungs. This implies that the fresh air is simultaneously infused into the body. One should do the breath infusion in many postures to target specific hard-to-reach places in the body.
After some practice one should targeted the lower gut which is below the navel. One should infuse energy into that area until one feels that in the subtle body there is very little resistance left. Then one should target that small resistance fully infusing breath energy into it, until it seems that it has disintegrated by the constant infusement of fresh subtle energy.
When the breath infusion is completed and one is satisfied that one targeted the entire body, even the thighs, legs and feet, one should sit to meditate. Then one should check to see where the infused energy is located and how it is active in the psyche.
After that energy subsides, one should be inFocused on the coreSelf while hearing the naad sound resonance. If one does not hear naad, one should keep the inFocus on the coreSelf and be aware of its positional location. With this one should be aware of core energy coursing back into the core centrally. One should keep this focus.
Yogesh gave this practice as a method for penetrating chit akash by coreSelf focus alone within the psyche without projection of energy or focus out of the psyche. Later the same day, the Brahma deity (Hiranyagarbha) certified that this is a correct practice.
