Chakra Series-3: Crown Chakra → Astral Rain & Mist and Wandering in Astral Sky

Chakras (CHUK-rəz, CHAH-krəz; Sanskrit: चक्र: cakra, lit. 'wheel, circle'; Pali: cakka) means wheel or circle in Sanskrit.

Chakra is a manifestation of Kundalini, an energy vortex (Chakra) located in the spine, front, and several body parts for energy distribution.

Inself yoga is not about focusing on Chakras but going beyond it.

Traditional only 7 Chakras are defined in the spine but in reality, there are several chakras in the body at several astral dimensions. The same chakra can manifest differently in several astral dimensions.

This is the Master database of all my writings

Even though they are analytical, some of the genres are interlinked. Eg: Nadi, Chakra, Kundalini, Higher conscious states → all are linked.

Stages of transition thru Crown Chakra:

This is a direct Sequel to

The crown chakra blossomed when I checked using prana vision. The following states just transpired by themselves as listed below.

A very exalted state took place here for around 60 minutes in meditation:

  1. Stage 1: Prana Fountain from Blossomed Crown Chakra (10 mins)
    1. Bliss feeling in the body as the fountain hits the body
  2. Stage 2: Transited and wandered in Astral Sky or Worlds (20 mins)
    1. Smoky Mist in the sky, Astral clouds & rain (roamed like an airplane)
      1. Naad coming from the top of the head thru the crown chakra
      2. Observed from Atma thru the crown chakra (top of the head)
  3. Stage 3: Entrance of Chit-Akash (30 mins)
    1. Stage of Emptiness or thoughtlessness
    2. Moonlight hitting Crown Chakra
    3. Atma Jyothi in Chit-Akash/ White moonlight
    4. Naad coming thru the crown chakra

Stage 2: Transited and wandered in Astral Sky or Worlds

Features of Astral Fog and Rain

  1. With several whole-body Kundalini striking all over the body, the density of the subtle body became so light that the subtle body wandered in the astral sky. The subtle body frequency and lightness in a density matched that of an Astral sky.
  2. The astral sky was exactly the same as we witness while going in an airplane thru the clouds, where one can see clouds, rain, mist, and fog.
  3. The fog and mist were coming out from my crown chakra and after some time, I was floating in the astral sky with fog all over my body.
  4. After the astral fog cleared, then a gentle astral rain was transpiring and my subtle body was drenched in the subtle rain. It was exactly like the physical body getting drenched in rain, except there was a neutral bliss and a very subtle feeling in the subtle body.

Features of wandered in Astral Sky or Worlds

After experiencing the astral fog and rain, I was wandering in the clear white Astral Sky as shown below in the video,

Some Siddha or entity has given me access to these higher astral levels, I have a hunch but I could not confirm it at this stage of my development.

My subtle body was roaming in the astral sky for 20 mins till the Chit-Akash access opened up and Chit-Akash moonlight shone from the sky thru the crown chakra to the Atma. And only Atma, Naad (coming thru crown chakra), and chit-Akash moonlight hitting Atma. I will discuss this in the next post with more pictures.

All this experience is during samyama or meditation, not during sleep.

    • This crown chakra series is amazing. Thank you for sharing. It confirms the lore that these experiences are indeed possible even in the modern age. I especially appreciate hearing about it from someone other than Michael (Beloved). It is easy to think that only the teacher is capable, but so much of the varied results of spiritual practice come based on the student’s motivation, effort and consistency. There is also the carry over factor of past life progress. I appreciate that you state at the beginning of your posts that the goal of the inSelf process not to focus on the chakras but to go beyond. Eventually, I suspect, one will need to be indifferent to or turn away from the amazing displays and territories accessed and perfect pratyahar to a higher degree. This is your journey, Ani, and all this is happening just as it should based on your karmic history. I read your posts and just think, Wow! So thanks again for sharing and I wish you best of luck in reaching your goal.

      • Thanks Marcia for your kind words.

It was an one time wonder. It was beautiful experience and grateful to whoever gave me access. It doesn't happen often, so even grateful to entity who gave me access to those dimensions.

Yours and Alfredo notes in breath infusion practice is also one of the key building blocks in my practice. Whenever I think I read too much of Guru (Madhva's reading) notes, I read their old student's notes (Marcia and Alfredo) and I was greatly benefitted from it.

Whatever you see in several of my posts also includes several of your hidden contribution thru your notes from 2010-2013 which were gathered and saved by Arpana.

Because Marcia and Alfredo's work and notes were original in their own way, when I read it I can see the shining originality in their works. My progress is also in a way byproduct of your progress.

So, thank you to you, Arpana and Alfredo!

        • Animation video added to the post! It took hours to get rendered.

          • Once when I shared some of my experiences with Ajahn Chaiya (my Buddhist teacher) he simply said:

Some experiences you only get once.

This goes along with other instructions:

            1) to not have any expectations

            2) be grateful with whatever you get, and that

            3) sometimes no matter how hard we try, concentration does not develop in some sessions

Alfredo worked really hard and he had cancer on his foot which motivated him to try and delay death and make progress before death came. I’m happy that you benefitted from our notes. I’ve always felt that my inSelf practice formed a good foundation for Buddhist meditation.
