Central Kundalini Burst
Spinal kundalini is the conventional experience, where kundalini moves like lightning through the spine into the head, aiming for the crown chakra. If one uses a method that works every time, where by a process kundalini is struck with infused breath energy, and moves through the spine into the brain. This will eventually cause one to develop an interest in non-conventional experiences with kundalini. One such instance is the experience of kundalini moving up the front center of the body instead of moving through the sushumna central passage in the central spine.
Repeated arousal of front kundalini will lead to experiences with side kundalini, where the sides of the trunk of the body serve as the transit of kundalini energy which may or may not originate at the muladhar base chakra.
There is cell kundalini which does not begin at muladhar base chakra but which is an experience of concentrated high energy in a group of cells in a location somewhere in the body. In such experiences each cell yields its kundalini charge independent of the conventional kundalini which is usually aroused at the base of the spine.
There is also center of the trunk kundalini. This is a different experience where the center of the trunk is the main transit. This has a different experience of kundalini when it passes through the central neck (not central spine in the neck) and transits into the brain. Instead of heading the either the intellect organ, the third eye chakra or the crown chakra, this energy which has a whitish translucent color targets the top of the forehead between the brown chakra and the crown chakra. It remains in the top of the forehead shining for a time like the glow of an incandescent bulb. This is like a cool sun which glows instead of emitting striking rays of light.
