The first big lesson about how the system of energy transfers into pleasurable sensations is the lesson of sexual experience. In that lesson the observing self is usually so astonished that it fails to make an unbiased assessment of what takes place. This is such a sticking point in the life of a living entity, that people feel that a yogi cannot be objective to sexual pleasure experience. After all if one man cannot hold a white hot steel ingot, then why should any other human being be capable of it?

 

However, the experience of sexual indulgence remains the most pleasurable and most sensation of the normal range of experiences which one can have in an adult human body. In that experience, the hormonal energies of the physical body which accumulate from eating and from breath energy, give themselves over to the sex organ chakras, which in turn use that energy to create a pleasure energy concentrate.

 

When this concentrate becomes infused with electrical power, it moves about in the groin, buttocks thighs and other areas of the body. This causes the kundalini life force at the base of the spine to be attracted to it. The kundalini then leaps across from the base chakra to the sex organ chakra and causes an explosion of electric power which is interpreted by the non-detached observing self as sex pleasure. This leap results in sexual climax experience which is the most intense ordinary bliss experience bestowed easily by material nature. The problem with this experience is the lack of objectivity while it transpires. Unfortunately for the mammals who have the experience, material nature designed it to be a subjective feeling.

 

How then can a person make head or tail of an experience which nature only subjectively supports?

 

Irrespective of how you answer that question, we are still left to figure it out and to find a way to be objectify subjective experiences.

 

This does not mean that one should have a sex experience, just to objectively consider it. That is not what I am suggesting. The suggestion is that a person with or without sex experience, should develop some way to undermine nature’s subjective system so as to objectify it. It occurs in many other experiences that we are subjectively bogged down and cannot make head or tail because nature enforced only a subjective perspective which it gives us access to. We have to find a way to convert those subjective incidences into objective ones. Sex experience is only one such incidence and to make matters worse, it is an obvious one. But what about the non-obvious very slight experiences which are subjective and which have nothing to do with sex experience. Are we experiencing those incidences objectively?

What I am suggesting as a whole is that first of all, one has to learn from material nature and use that education to make the leap over to subtle psychic and then to spiritual nature. Here is the sequence education:

 

1             Learn about material nature’s sex experience or any other subjective experience which nature sponsors

2             Use the schematic of material nature’s subjective facility to design a kundalini into the brain experience

3             Make a detailed study of the schematic and use it design an energy transfer into the brain experience which does not use the sex hormone system and spinal kundalini

 

In Number 2, the most popular method is the kundalini into the brain system during breath-infusion kundalini yoga, where the sex hormonal energy, mixed with breath infused energy, strike the kundalini at its muladhar base chakra. This is in direct contrast to the sex hormonal energy mixed with breath infused energy, attracting the kundalini away from muladhar chakra which is nature’s natural way.

 

A yogi must raise kundalini through the spine over and over and study its process of energization and movement. This must be done again and again, for years before the yogi will be awarded the sufficient objectivity to make head or tail of what happens during this experience.

 

In sex experience when there is no objectivity, the person involved cannot figure out the energy. The person is overwhelmed. In kundalini arousal experience though the spine, the same lack of objectivity continues, where even if the person does the practice for years he or she may not be able to make head or tail of it. Experiencing kundalini in the brain does not mean that the yogi understand it and mapped its passage and attitude carefully.

 

This mapping is important because when the yogi advances to cell kundalini practice, he or she should take the micro kundalini from each cell and hurl that into the brain, towards the buddhi intellect orb. To do this, the experience has to be objectified.

 

In ordinary sex experience, once the lifeforce kundalini mechanism is infused with hormone/breath-infused energy the person loses objectivity. In kundalini yoga experience once the sex hormone/breath infused energy is fused into the kundalini and it moves into the head of the subtle body, the person again loses objectivity. Thus the progress in terms of insight basically remains the same.
