Cell Kundalini Compression

Cell kundalini compression is the process of crunching down upon itself, bunches or zones of cell kundalini which fire simultaneously during breath infusion practice. These bliss expressions might feel as neutral bliss energy or as slightly charged bliss forces. They are rarely like spinal kundalini arousals into the brain.

The yogi or yogini should perceive the bunched up or zone-area lump of cells which happen to fire their micro kundalinis all at once. These should be compressed in on themselves by the yogi’s exercise of will power and attention energy. This will cause an outburst like fireworks in the night sky. When there is an outburst, the yogi should again compress that inwards.

This action may produce a gradual fizz out or it might cause the energy to again compress inwards until it burst out again into a fireworks display in the psyche. If this is perceived visually it will appear translucent with transparent crystal color having some light yellow hue with other light hues of various other colors.

If the yogi is not attentive he will not be able to apply the compression power and will experience the burst-out but will feel powerless to do anything about it, whereby it will burst and fizz out according to the extent of its charge.

The measure of success in this is that when the energy is compressed by the yogin, it will form micro crystals which are smaller than before. Then if it is again compressed it will form micro-micro crystals which are even smaller, on and on, until the energy fizzes out because the charge which it got due to breath infusion was exhausted.

The key to these observations is the completion of pratyahar sensual energy withdrawal practice with total restriction of interest inside the psyche of the yogi. Those students who did not complete pratyahar will not achieve full proficiency in this practice but still they should strive for it.

Full pratyahar cannot be achieve by those students who are not released from the mundane evolutionary cycle by material nature. They can experience some of this cell kundalini arousal and should strive as well to complete their evolutionary training which is so graciously bestowed on them by the psychic material nature.
