Cell Kundalini Completion
Spinal kundalini is the first process. It involves the sushumna nadi central spinal passage. The idea is to get kundalini to relinquish its hold on muladhara base chakra and move up through the spine into the brain. This is not the conventional movement for bliss feelings. Usually the convention is generate pleasure through sensual contact like for instance smelling desirable fragrances, eating sweets, seeing bright alluring colors, touching extra sensitive skin cells as during sexual intercourse, and hearing music which is sensually appealing. Kundalini usually directs itself through a specific sense or through a combination of sensual orifices. It does so to generate feelings which we interpret as pleasure. The interpretation is not directly done by the core-self. It is made by the intellect which in turns convinces the core-self that it should respond in a specific way.
The yogi has it as a task to retract kundalini from this sensual consultation. But it is necessary for success in hatha yoga practice. When this movement of kundalini up through the spine is done repeatedly a passage is kept open. Kundalini shines its energy through the subtle conduit continually. Some of this energy reaches through the neck into the subtle head. Some of it may go further where it shines through the brain at specific openings like the brow and crown chakras.

Many teachers post this spinal kundalini process as the culmination of yoga. Actually this is just the beginning. The psyche is more than the subtle spinal and the head of the subtle body. Thus a yogi will realize sooner or later that he must deal with the rest of the subtle body as well. He must deal with the trunk of the form, the limbs of it and the neck. To tackle this, cell kundalini must be mastered.
This also involves breath infusion, even though some yogis may achieve this by other methods which they had success with and advocate. Cell kundalini means that the focus on moving energy up through the spine stops for the particular yogi. He focuses on parts of the body besides the spine and causes portions of the form to become infused with fresh astral energy. Then he compresses more of this energy into those areas until there is a flash and burst of energy which is similar to the flash seen or felt during kundalini’s ascent through the spine into the brain.
Cell kundalini is experienced when a group of cells fire their kundalini charge of energy into themselves only, rather than transit their charge to the spinal kundalini for processing. The natural way is for cell kundalini to deliver charges to the spinal kundalini so that the body can reproduce another body by copying all cell structures. This becomes manifest physically by what science presents to us as DNA. This is subtle DNA. Since the yogi is no longer interested in rebirth, he gains an exemption so that in his subtle body, the cells lose interest in contributing their DNA to spinal kundalini which before was only interested in creating other material bodies through which it could transmigrate to new life forms.
A yogi should master spinal kundalini first. Then as directed by an accomplished yoga guru, he should tackle cell kundalini. When energy is fired in the psyche during an arousal of cells in this way, there may be light seen or just intense or mild feelings during the breath-infusion practice. Here or there will be bunches of cells which are fired. The yogi should implode the energy on those cells. He should infuse more fresh astral energy into them until they explode outwards and lose their density.
On and on, day after day, he should do this until all parts of the subtle body are cleared of heavy astral energy. Then when this is done, the neck should be checked. This means the flesh part of the neck not the sushumna nadi central spinal passage of it. Some of this might feel like a cool mint burst of compressed energy. It may appear to have the color of camphor or be light yellow. It may seem like micro-pixels or like crushed ice slowing moving in a limited area or transferring here or there in a flicker.
