Cell Kundalini Arousal Format
Cell kundalini arousal for the first year or two after mastering spinal kundalini arousal, occurs as a random event initially. This is where there are arousals of micro kundalinis released by cells in a certain part of the subtle body. It has to be several thousands of microcells firing their kundalinis for the person to even feel the bliss sensations. If one single microcell fires, the yogi will not realize that because the charge of the energy would be far too small for him or her to be cognizant of.
In spinal kundalini arousal which is caused by breath infusion (kapalabhati/bhastrika pranayama) the yogi can know definitely how to cause the arousal by doing certain postures and assuming certain posture configurations while applying locks and being focused internally. However with cell kundalini arousal, it will happen haphazardly with the yogi not knowing for sure which postures cause the firing of a group of cells in a certain area of the subtle body.
If however the yogi continue the practice for two or three years or more, he or she will find that the groups of cells involved in any arousal are of one of the three types listed here:
· Random indistinct bunch of cells
· Gland bunch of cells
· Specific muscle bunch of cells
In some arousals the bliss force will occur in a random area or in a gland or in a muscle bunch. Then it will compress in on itself and remain in that area, with the rest of the psyche, looking to that area in astonishment.
Otherwise the burst might spread from the original area to other areas which are adjacent or are far away from it, but it will remain in the psyche and not go outward into the astral environment which surrounds the astral body.
