Buddha or Siddha

You have contacts with Siddhas and Buddhas, may I ask you what really are the differences of realization between a siddha and a buddha ?

Mi~Beloved’s Response:

if we restrict the definition of buddha to be the achievement which is Gautam Buddha, then a buddha is a mahasiddha which is a siddha who completed the course of spiritual realization which makes that person exempt from having to take rebirth in an undesirable realm.

A siddha is a person whose subtle body no longer has an urge or compulsion for taking physical bodies. Because of that freedom from having to deal with physical history and with astral history which is physically based, this person is free to achieve a level of existence which does not have the undesirable features which plagued that person in lower levels.
