Buddha ~ Intellect Control Revelation
This was revealed to me by Gautam Buddha during a meditation in March of 2017. This shows how the self constructs thinking plans in the head of the subtle body using the intellect. I cannot say for sure if this is explained in the Pali canon literature or if Buddha explained this to anyone while he used the form which he is famous for being. Perhaps, and this is my guess, Sariputta was shown this but I doubt if it was clarified in a walk-through of the procedure to anyone else.
During the revelation, I got this feeling that I was shown this because I was related to Gautam Buddha as his son in one life when he has several concubines. One of which he was very fond of and who was my mother. Because of his fondness to that woman, he bestowed this to me in that former birth and now again in this birth.
Being his son as a physical product of his body and of that of the special concubine, is one reality and being his son spiritually is another feature. In some cases one is a son, by biology only, and not a spiritual son. In other cases a person could be a son in both aspects.
In this revelation the first thing he said was that the sleep vritti must be eliminated before one can develop the power to command the intellect. So long as the sleep vritti is there, one cannot have absolute command over the intellect because then there would not be enough focus of the core-self within the subtle body, whereby it could grasp the intellect and control it so that it does not proceed with the involuntarily operations.
How to eliminate the sleep vritti?
Buddha did not give a method. I have a method which was taken by Patanjali Yoga Sutras which is the use the pranayama breath infusion to flush it out. Buddha did not clarify what method he used or what method he shared with disciples previously. This means that he is not concerned how the ascetic accomplishes the elimination of the sleep impulse. However, regardless of the method it must be done for success in confronting the intellect.
As the core-self approached the intellect for controlling it, if the core finds that it cannot control the intellect, it means that some of its focusing power, its sense of identity, is weak and falls away before it reaches the intellect.
This falling away means that whatever energy rains down from the focusing power will be arrested and used by the kundalini psyche lifeforce. This energy will then attack the intellect and cause it to emit an influence over the core, for the constructions of thoughts and images in the mind.
The core for its part may not realize this except as feeling that it is engaged in making mental and emotional plans.
Buddha told me that as a drunk man cannot walk properly and cannot recall what he intended to do before he became intoxicated, so an ascetic who is afflicted with the sleep vritti, cannot be sober enough to command the intellect. He focusing energy will be dissipated so that his attempt to control the intellect will result in his being controlled by it, as it is controlled by the kundalini psychic lifeforce which stole the energy which rained down from the attempt to focus on the intellect.
Control of the intellect causes the development of the divine eye. At first however one will only see mundane objects in the mind’s inner eye. One will also see light in the mind now and again without it being steady.
