Brow chakra formation

Inquiry:

Now days sometime I feel a bit sensation in my forehead and I do Yoga in the morning. In starting I do Sun salvation and few yoga in   and then I do relaxation in Makarasana (crocodile pose). Here my eyes are closed with my hand and sometime I see a golden circle and sometime it's filled with very white color.  I am wonder what this is.

This formation of golden circle which is sometimes filled with very white color is the brow chakra. It begins to show if one puts the fingers/hand on the eyes and applies slight pressure. It may also appear if one clamps down the eyelids on the eyes tightly.

To see this formation in its full glory, one may apply the fingers pressure and then do kapalabhati or bhastrika pranayama breath-infusion, while focusing between the eyebrows.

Another way to realize this chakra visually is to lay down with the sun centered on the forehead. Apply a blind fold across the eyes. If this is done around noon say between 10am and 2pm, laying on the back, one may notice a grey cloud of energy, it may be dark brown, moving in or out methodically again and again. Sometimes that energy clears away and there is an opening like a big window.
