Breath-Infusion Results

Doing breath infusion day after day and not having an objective, or a developing evolving objective, is a mediocre way of practicing this inSelf Yoga. The student should have an objective and should, most of the time, feel results which are in line with the aims of the practice.

 

It will never be that on every session, the student attains the objective but for most of the time, there should be an achievement along the desired the focus. It is impractical for a limited being to feel that there should be 100% success in any endeavor. Partial success is sufficient. One should be happy with that and not be unreasonably idealistic or obsessed with the idea that the cosmos has to sponsor every great aspiration one may have.

 

If someone asked why you do breath infusion day after day, what would be your response?

 

Do you know why you are doing it?

 

Can you describe what results you get from it?

 

There are millions of people globally who practice some mental process which they term to be meditation. Of these only a handful do breath infusion. Many who know about it, feel that is not required.

 

Hence why do you do it, besides the fact that somebody suggested it or demanded that you do it?

 

What is the benefit for you?
