Bliss Aspect / Non-Intense
During breath infusion practice, there will be occasions where there is a not-so-intense but noticeable bliss aspect arising due to the breath infusion being divested in the trunk of the subtle body, either in a part of it or in every part of it with varying degrees of intensity which are noticeable but which are difficult to catalogue due to the abstractness of the experiences.
Excited students who are fascinated with kundalini rising into the spine, find these experiences to be fascinating but they have difficulty identifying the level or plane of consciousness where this occurs. However if any student is patient, he or she will over time develop the insight to know instantly where these bliss bursts occur, as to their significance, as to their value to causing sudden, gradual, permanent or temporary upgrade of the subtle body.
Students should be patient to allow these experiences to continue day after day, until their abstractness converts into insight, where the experiences can be identified as to their significance for progress and the level on which they occur and especially as to where they fit in the overall quest for progress.
Suppose you are the assigned pilot of an aircraft which you must build yourself. Each part which you manufacture and then assemble should be cataloged so that you know where you are in its production. Suppose you finish the manufacture of a wing-lift flap. Do you understand what part that will play in flying the aircraft? Is it important to understand? Would it help your attitude if you knew? What would happen if you connected that flap to the wrong area of the aircraft?

Breath infusion may be considered as pushing one’s way into higher levels instead of waiting to get there by some means which is beyond one’s control or which is a luck-and-chance opportunity which might never happen.
We heard descriptions of a spiritual body which comprise of intense bliss energy in every part of it. To get some understanding of what that is, other than just a theoretical wishful-thinking view, one can begin now with either the physical body or with the subtle form. The physical body would be difficult to adjust for this because the most sensitive cells in it are in the brain and spinal column. How possible is it for the entire physical body to have brain cells, even say in the fingers and toes of the form. What would that be like?
During certain happiness/pleasure experiences, we human beings find intense feelings here or there in the physical body. That gives some idea about a body which would be bliss-saturated. The real place to experience this here and now is the subtle body, except that our natural focus is to experience this in or through the physical form, where even what happens exclusively in the subtle body, is mistaken by us as being physical experience.
The subtle body is the place where we can adjust ourselves and gain some reference to the every-part, bliss-energy, and spiritual form. This adjustment would not make the subtle body a spiritual form, but it would serve as a reference, a hold-out for the time being, until we can experience the spiritual form. Then we would know for sure what it is like to be in an all bliss body (sat-chit-ananda rupa).
We must have a reference and a non-imaginary or promised one, one that is real to our senses, otherwise we will keep propping ourselves up with hope-for conceptions which we derive from books and spiritual leaders. Such props even if they serve to allay our insecurities for the time being, are useless to grant us a transition to a spiritual body. They are beautiful pipe-dreams gifted to us by spiritual nice guys who are themselves disillusioned and who found it necessary to lull themselves to sleep rather than face up to the fact, that when all is said and done, they have not attained the fabled spiritual body.
~~~~~~~
Breath infusion is one sure method of getting the subtle body to have bliss feelings distributed evenly through it. Are there other methods? I admit that they are. However I will describe the method I cultivate and leave the description of the other methods to those who are proficient in them.
Start where you are. That is the motto. Since we began this life as a material body, and make the register in this world as a material body, that is where we will begin. From the physical system, we need to transfer to the subtle one. From the subtle body we are stuck there because this environment, even the psychic part of it does not permit the manifestation of a spiritual body. First we upgrade the subtle body. To do this we use the physical form because that system of energy and the subtle one are interrelated. What I do to my subtle body will usually affect the physical system and vice versa. There are exceptions and those should be noted. In every case where there is an over-arching reach of one body into the other, we should note it and make use of the knowledge to assist in the transfer of interest over to the subtle state.
~~~~~~~
Breath infusion into the trunk of the subtle body, could cause bliss energy to be scattered evenly or in bunched states all over the subtle body, not just in the head of it, but in the trunk or in any or all subtle limbs. When this happens repeatedly, eventually there might be an everywhere-in-the-subtle-body burst where in the entire subtle body either below the neck or including the neck and head, there is saturated bliss energy, evenly distributed like a cool-mint energy everywhere, so that the yogi cannot tell which part is which because each parts lack distinction in reference to every other part. This experience is the beginning of direct understanding of what the spiritual body is.
To put it bluntly, consider if the present physical body had the most desired pleasure in every part of it, being expressed through every part of it continuously. Then what would be the use of specific parts of it? What would be any particular part’s importance?
Suppose you could taste ice-cream with every part of your physical system, then what would be the value of the tongue in the consumption of it?
Suppose you could see beautiful colors through your fingers and hairs, then what would be the value of your eyes in that regard?
But instead of dreaming and taking confidence in the knowledge that the spiritual body might be that sensually versatile, what about experiencing a similar state of the subtle body right now?
