Astral to Physical Conversation of Reality

Today I dreamt that Michael appeared next to me and I started asking him questions about the Astral plane, like, "if someone destroys a house in the physical plane, will it affect the Astral beings that live in that house in the Astral plane as well?" or "will the Astral police catch the one responsible to that once he loses his body and be in the hereafter? I got answers but don't remember them. now that I read it to my self I don't know how much sense the questions make haha

It may or may not affect persons who live in that house on the astral level. That depends on the relationship between the physical actors and the astral one. If there is a relationship, and if harm was intended by the physical actors then the vibrations of harm may well reach the astral people.
To understand this we can check what happens in emotions on the physical plane when one person who knows another person, performs an act of resentment or retaliation emotionally. Does to reach the other person or not?
Did we ever have a situation of where one person has intentions to harm another person on the emotional level and that emotional upset reaches the other person mentally or emotionally?
It is the same type of reality. Our actions which occur psychologically do affect others. This is why it is a part of inSelf Yoga not to get involved in raking and scrapping emotionally with others because it causes problems for those other persons. Especially if we are serious meditators we need to understand this and to know that it affects the meditation practice of all concerned for the worse. If you want to sabotage a yogi’s progress all you need do is to send or broadcast nasty emotion energies to that person. It will reach the yogi, and it may reach him or her during very deep meditations. It will disrupt his or her practice.
During the past week for instance, I experienced a regression in some meditation practices which Srila Yogeshwarananda asked me to complete. He was with me for a time and then now he is no longer there due to these delays in completing some meditation assignment. This is due to receiving negative emotions from some people. It sabotages the yoga progress. What to do about it?

Astral police may or may not arrest a person who performed malicious actions on the astral plane. Let us ask the question about the physical level and apply the same answer to the astral actors. When someone burns the house of another maliciously, is that person caught by police in every case on the physical plane.
The answer is of course no; some persons are not arrested. Their crime goes unpunished. However the consequential energy for the act will reach the person sooner or later because the cosmos is a closed unit which resolves all agitations in one way or another, sooner or later.
The astral police are not there to simply serve the needs of those who are victimized. On the physical level the police are there to enforce state or country rules, not the household rules of a particular family and not the personal vendetta of a particular individual. Similarly astral police are not there primarily to service our need for justice.
Some astral acts are not dealt with by astral police but material nature will deal with every act that is for sure.
