Appreciations made just before early morning breath infusion
This can used just before doing breath infusion in the early morning before sunrise (4am).
Om Suryaya namah (appreciation to the sun which will soon rise in the East)
Om Somaya namah (appreciation to the moon which I greet to the West)
Om Indraya namah (appreciation to the rain deity whom I great to the North)
Om Pranavayuve namah (Going around my body from north to east to south to west and then to north again, I express appreciation to air (prana) and wind (vayu) deities who provide the energy which will infuse my psyche)
After greeting these deities who provide the environmental energy, one greets other deities for sponsoring yoga practice.

After those greetings, one should state the names of the gurus who assisted on over the course of practice. this list should only include persons whom one got assistance from and one knows definitely what assistance one received from each of the persons mentions. Use ki jay after each name
