Agnisāra Series-2: Real time view of Agnisara Burning and Purification
Agnisāra is a Sanskrit compound consisting of the terms agni and sāra (सार).
Agni means Fire, sāra means essence or substance
Agnisāra means the essence of fire, a classical hatha yoga technique.

This is a direct sequel to Agnisāra Series-1: Subtle Body Anatomy

In the last post, we saw the subtle body anatomy of abdomen and pelvic cage orbs or complex. Those are theoretical or ideal images. This is the real time picture of those same orbs.
This was seen using Prana vision during Agnisara Practice using breath infusion. I used some advanced software technique to make it closest to what I have seen within my subtle body.
Real-time View of Agnisara Orbs
3 Major Orbs are purified of heavy astral energy by Agnisara:
- Intestinal Orb
- Upper Intestinal Orb
- Lower Intestinal Orb
- Side Intestinal Orb (this is critical)
- Reproduction Faculty Orb
- Excretion Faculty Orb
Color, Shape & Texure:
Shape: The above pictures, show the ideal shape of the orbs in perfectly round shapes.
In reality, these intestinal orbs will not have a perfect shape. They are still subtle-gross level, so the perfection of shapes cannot be there. Purely subtle organs like buddhi can take very precisely perfect shapes but not intestinal orbs.
Color: The below picture shows the exact shape seen inside the subtle body during Agnisara practice. Colors are can change to a wide variety, but these dark colors are shown for moderate pollution and for distinction purposes.
Dark colors mean dark pollutants and light color means lighter pollutants or purified
Flame or dispersion color is burning
Texture: The texture will be rugged or rough as shown in the picture.
Color of the Purified Orbs:
Once the heavy energy due to bad eating habits and accumulated impurities is improved, the color of the intestinal masses gets lighter and ultimately to a transparent color as shown in the picture.
You will see a mild dispersion (like light dispersing in a prism) in the intestinal orb as shown in the pictures, that's a sign of burning of the intestinal orb. As the practice goes on, It will burn and burn till it reduces to a smaller size.
