Agnisara / Kundalini Details

Agnisara is an attack on the digestion/reproduction complex with stress on the digestive part because that feeds, supports and protects the reproduction feature.

Why do it?

Because if you want the subtle body to lose its tendency for developing and assuming physical forms, you will have to remove its digestive complex.

How is that done?

It depends on the yoga process being used by the student. There is more than one way to achieve this. Thus I cannot say that my way is the only way. I will described some of what I did to achieve this.

Agnisara practice is usually described as being a physical process with positive physical results, like prompt digestion, better circulation and prompt evacuation. My intent here is to describe its effects in the subtle body because that is the ultimate target of the practice.

I use bhastrika pranayama breath infusion to infuse the intestinal-colon mass with fresh air, new pranic energy. This has to be done for about at least three years of daily practice, at least once if not twice per day. This practice causes the navel chakra vortex to be full of light on the astral plane. If the student does this successfully his or her diet will change as dictated by the practice. Using an average human body with its ailments and self-destructive tendencies, I used this and reformed the body.

If there is success with this, heavy foods will be abandoned. Oily foods will cease. Irregular eating patterns will no longer plague the person. Late eating of main meals will cease. Eating of very dry foods like chips will cease. This will be adjusted by the practice itself.

When these adjustments are completed, the student will find that the breath infusion easily penetrates the abdominal cavity.

Eventually in the subtle body, the mass of intestines and colon will fold in on itself from all angles so that all heavy bricklike astral features implode causing removal of heavy astral energy, which will be replaced by light-weight astral energy which is bright and translucent.

When this happens, one may use breath infusion or some other method to eliminate the subtle body’s motive for wanting a physical digestive system. This is done by repeatedly imploding fresh subtle energy in on the light weight abdominal mass. The completion of this practice is the end of phase one of the agnisara technique.

!~~~~~~~!

Phase two is the removal of the navel chakra on the spine. This is different to the navel vortex. The vortex begins in the front of the body at the navel, while the chakra begins on the spine directly behind the navel.

Once the frontal navel vortex is dealt with, then the yogi will turn and deal with the navel chakra on the spine. There he will find a mass of energy which is like a clump of a dead jelly fish. This will be heavy astral energy of a dark coloration and varied. The yogi will use breath infusion to infuse energy into this clump. Doing this over and over, he will eventually cause this to fragment inwards and then burst out in an explosion. Eventually he will eliminate this clump. It will no longer be in the back behind the abdomen.

The third phase concerns the removal of the subtle caul, which is a subtle skin which form the membrane which held both the navel vortex and the navel chakra and all the subtle organs which were in the trunk of the subtle body and which were sponsoring the creation of material creature forms.

Breath infusion, the same practice, is what is used to crumple this caul and then disintegrate it.
