This is the Master database of all my writings

Houston, Texas

The tool is something that helps in accomplishing the task quite easier and more efficiently than before.

In this series, I will discuss the tools I have implemented and found considerable good success in the inSelf Yoga practice

  1. Breath Infusion Practice
  2. Mediation

It comes from a lot of trial and error and from seniors' advice and taking from the best practices. All these tools are physical but they have very immense psychic or subtle effects on the practitioner's mind that can accelerate the practice.

Small increments here with the help of these tools will play a big dividend at the end of a few years!

Tools that aid in Breath Infusion Practice:

  1. Sleep mask
  2. Features & factors of choosing a Yoga mat
  3. Dress to be worn
  4. Location of practice (Indoor/ Outdoor/ who owns the place)
  5. Sun/ Moon & External thought energy Energy effect
    1. Variation within a day
    2. Variation within a year
  6. Pillow for lower backrest during mediation
    1. Head tilt and support during dead man's pose in mediation
  7. Energy from Books of Madhvacharya
  8. Stop-watch clock or visual timer for exploring internally during breath infusion

Tools that aid in Mediation after Breath Infusion Practice:

  1. Note-taking methods
    1. Mental Note Taking
    2. Notebooks/ journals
    3. Online digital app/ note-taking
    4. Voice recorder in phone
    5. inSelf Yoga website
  2. Habit Tracking app (**This is the golden secret of whatever progress I made)
    1. Using for breath infusion and even for very subtle kriya practices
      1. This is a subtle reconditioning tendency
      2. Satisfaction energy is produced from this (critical)
  3. Yogic & Food methods to tackle hunger/thirst/gastritis during Practice
  4. Psychic Energy Management for Yogic & Obligatory Duties
    1. Mathematical representation of Psychic Energy Management

Benefits of sharing the best practices or tools:

In industries or companies, this is a common practice in order to achieve excellence.

We call these as the "best practices or lessons learned" :

  • to amplify our processes
  • learn from other mistakes and best practices
  • mainly to avoid repeating the same mistakes
  • avoid the need to reinvent the wheel
    • Cross-learn from others and invent something like a cart instead of reinventing the wheel again & again
