Even though they are analytical, some of the genres are interlinked. Eg: Nadi, Chakra, Kundalini, Higher conscious states → all are linked.

Pictures explain themselves.

12 Agnisāra Fires:

These are 12 distinct fires, one can rekindle in these locations by compressing the energy bundle and breath energy using mystic force and Breath infusion practice and churn them to ignite other fires.

Analytically, the Agnisāra fires at its location have been isolated.

1. 12 Energy Bundle Locations:

These 12 locations have either organs or chakras, that's why they can act as an default energy bundle for triggering Agnisāra Fires.

2. Breath Energy Compression or Churning:

Breath Infusion Process gives one an ability to compress the energy at these locations to high intensity and precision when poses are combined with it.

3. Mystic Force Direction:

One should develop mystic force inside the subtle body to able to move the compressed breath energy at will to desired locations.

The Secret Formula of Agnisāra:

12 Energy Bundle Location + Breath Energy Compression/ Churning (with specific asanas) + Mystic Force Direction = Agnisāra Fire Kindled

All 12 Agnisāra fires don't manifest at a time (in a rare instance, it can), usually 1-4 fires can manifest at a time in most dimensions. They can burn together where distinguishing the 12 fires would be difficult.

Types of Agnisāra Steering:

1. Manual steering of Agnisāra:

One can ignites these fires and also use mystic force to move those fires like a magic wand and these fires will burn the subtle organs.

2. Automatic Steering of Agnisāra:

Automatically kundalini chooses which organ to burn and  a suitable path to burn without any input from self. One should choose which ever is apt for his psyche and at his stage of development.

Conclusion:

The theme of Agnisāra is completed, remaining all posts from here will be surrounding this central theme with intermediate or minor steps or advanced minor steps.
