  • The chart is worth studying. There is no point in saying that coffee is harmless and that it is not an addiction because it is. Main thing is to realize if you are addicted to it and then to decide to study what the benefits are in using it. Then to decide if that is what you want in terms of the negative effects. There are many habit which we have which are self-destructive but that does not mean that we can cease all of them.

     

    Still it is important to at least realize and admit what we are addicted to instead of hedging ourselves in with denials and stupid defenses. The other important factor is association. Those who we associate with have an impact on our lifestyles and that means we should realize their contribution to our habits.
