Comment to 'Meditation during Breath infusion (pranayama)'
  • Michael Beloved wrote:Memory cannot be eliminated. It should be influenced by the yogi so that the psyche (mind) becomes interested in retaining the sublime experiences and the abstract dimensions, such that during the meditation which follow, the yogi can remember and re-experience the sublime states which he had during breath infusion practice.

Dean's question:Thanks for sharing this. I have noticed this happening in my practice recently that the psyche is excited to reach these higher levels and the memories of my previous sessions floating around in the subtle head as I am infusing breath in current session. How should we interact with those memories as they arise?
