Comment to 'Divine Eye Ever-Present'
  • Micheal reported:Those who do deep meditation will experience the divine eye but a meditator may not realize that the experience he or she has is of that divine visual organ. Ever seen people in meditation for a few seconds or for many moments, in your mind with the physical eyes open, where those persons appear to be like astral shadows or astral silhouettes or astral forms which move in an astral night-light which is like a dark moon night?

Dean's question: When the meditator has the physical eyes closed and see these astral silhouettes with the core self's attention toward the back of the subtle head. Is this experience through the divine eye?

It is through the divine eye but it might be that in combination with the third eye. The divine eye may operate by itself or focusing through the brow chakra, which is terms as the third eye usually.

The difference is determined by location, such that if the vision is within the subtle head, halfway between the brow chakra and the core-self, then it is the divine eye only. If it is at the brow chakra then it is the divine eye and the brown chakra working as one vision tool, like if you have a telescope that has an attachment lens which is used some of the time. The telescope would operate without that attachment lens or with it.

Michael reported: Ever had an experience of seeing someone whose body is made of light, like a body which is made of sunshine, which is near invisible but is still perceptible?

Dean's comment: I think that I have experience this when meditating outside with the sun high in the sky with physical eyes closed. The subtle system feels energized by the sun so there are all sorts of bright and fiery colors swirling around in meditation. I sense there maybe astral silhouettes there too but difficult to tell since its so bright.

Dean, I am beginning to think that you have some little intelligence. It is great to have a student who can understand some of this.

Michael reported: What about the divine ear? Ever heard someone, who is not present physically, speak to you objectively in the silence of meditation?

Dean's comment: I was traveling on the subway the other day and drifted off the sleep for a brief moment and heard my recently deceased cousin speaking directly into my ear as if he was sitting right next to me on the subway. He sounded so close.

That might be the ear of the subtle body. With the divine ear directly by itself no ear organ is used except for the buddhi intellect orb which is also the divine eye. In that case you will hear something out of nowhere like a voice in the space of your head and it won’t be loud. It will be just next to you and be an obvious communication.
