Comment to Naad Hint
  • “In humans it is the visual sense which is predominant. Due to that an ascetic may be addicted to, and preferential to, seeing psychic or divine lights. I wrote a book about my experiences with this. However, one should consider that it is easy to reach naad sound resonance. From getting access to naad, one can slip to the visual field and focus there. Naad can assist with the quest for psychic or divine lights. How is that done?”

Is this related to why the ascetic may be oriented towards maintaining focus at the front of the subtle head when listening to naad?

That underlying addiction to activity at the front in a visual sense. Hence the pulling force if an attempt is made to redirect attention to the back of the subtle head? Or is this a much more advanced situation that I completely missed?

Is the book mentioned “meditation pictorial?”
