Some of my friends from middle east and Europe also ask the same questions you raised. 

One incident happened 2-3 years ago, where the women was raped and then they burned her, she was a medical student. (either they burn or kill them or hang them). That makes it even worse. 

My friends asked why do they kill or burn after they rape the women, he said that was odd. Even in other countries, such crimes happen but why are they killing women after they rape?

I did not know what to say. Some day, I hope such things don't happen.
