Is there any way to combine both the modes so Astral Vision and Astral Sound can be combined!
MiBeloved's Response:
Naad sound is a very dear friend of a yogi, and an important place for a yogi to hide from the ravages of the imagination and organized thinking of the mind. Hence there cannot be anything negative about naad.
However you need to be patient with naad. It takes some investment in naad meditation before it will pay off.
Here is the system:
Meditate on naad by either linking to naad from a mental distance or going directly into naad by relocating your centralized self-consciousness. Stay in naad until you think that it has saturated your self-consciousness. Then relax in naad like if you are floating in it or lying down in it or feeling its vibration being transmitted through your self-consciousness.
Wait in naad like this until there is some signal or until you find that you are no longer in naad and you are somewhere else.
This will put you in touch with the frontal part of the subtle head where the remote vision takes place. If when you find yourself in this frontal area you notice the unwanted mental ideas from the low level of the mind, and then return to naad.
If you find yourself there and there is the remote vision, then tune into that while keeping a slight contact with naad? Do not release yourself from naad completely. Maintain a slight contact while the remote vision operates.

Neo_Yogi,
Please try Alfredo’s video.
I also need to see how you are pushing down the fingers, if you can get a snap shot of your hand when this is done, I would appreciate it.
Is there a reason why you are not doing the locks?
Please see if you can get Alfredo to give you some guidance with the locks. That is important.

Is there any back support?

Manish Ji!
It would be a pity if you lose your ability to discern through the 3rd eye, which you have described several times before.
However, when you said "remote vision of far [away] places", there is 3rd-eye vision and another type of vision, more akin to this description, which was described by Michael recently and comes from peripheral Buddhi Orb vision, like when he saw people in the New York subway recently.
Since you later wrote "Astral Vision", it seems you are referring indeed to the 3rd eye, that can open to the astral, and other, worlds.
I believe that that ability of yours may come from practices from previous lives. But like someone who has many lakhs of rupees in the bank, and does not re-invest them, but often draws from the same account, one day it could get exhausted.
Could it be that the thorough pranayama session recommended above, systematically, could restore and rejuvenate the bank account?

I took a snap shot for you to check it (not easy doing it oneself); I just put both my arms straight and at the back -as if they were a back support- to better pull the fingers down. I have to mention that I feel an unpleasant burning feeling in my palms, I guess by the effect of stretching the finger ligaments. After a couple of days that burning feeling is still there, but less disturbing now.

Neo_Yogi's Reply:
No reason actually. When I first watched Alfredo's video I found it all very complex: breathing, asanas, locks, all together... I just tried to imitate the movements following you on that video and I soon got lost after a couple of minutes so I realized I needed to take a step at the time in order to understand the whole procedure. I inquired about the breath of fire and I followed your instruction of starting with kapalabhati only, and that's where I am at now.

Neo_Yogi's Reply:
No, I don't need back support nor cushion to sit on; for the moment I feel comfortable that way for a 30 minute meditation session.

Areas circled should not touch the ground.
Lift thumb off round.
Raise the finger base area which is circled.

I am always ready.
Not only that, that Acharya Ji recommends me for any kind of help, is here an honor that I can't hardly describe. Of the highest degree.
On the pic with the fingers, notice in the video that the direction of the hands and fingers should be parallel to, an aligned with, your body (not perpendicular to it). Not only that, being that the main reason for this is to fool the brain into thinking that you are exerting yourself, thus to increase the air intake by the lungs, after finishing always follow with the hands' rubbing to release the tension created in each hand at the base of the fingers.
Another important point, visualize for a moment the alveols in your lungs. Here is where the battle is won. The breath infusion must be such that the air is minutely and fully taken at the alveol's level. This is key!
The main objective of this practice is to remove apana/CO2 and infuse prana/O2 to cleanse the subtle body or the psychic body, in preparation for meditation.

MiBeloved's Response:
The unpleasant burning feel is the sign that carbon dioxide and ketones were released from the finger joints and from the area where each finger meets with the palm of the hand.
Just after a session of breaths with the fingers pushed down, rub the fingers up-and-down, then interlock them and twist them back and forth. This releases more gaseous toxins which can enter the blood stream and be exchanged out of the lungs for fresh air

This week and the week before I had almost everyday migraines with nauseas until this morning. Now it's much better and almost don't have.

Thank you Michael ji and Alfredo ji for your expert advice. I need to explore more. I think I am not doing things properly and have some wrong mental state. Once I will clear this test and qualify for next level I will be in new mind, body & spirit configuration.
