In my very limited experience, indeed sex energy expression can be said to reflect that of kundalini. I recall commenting that sushumna was most intense in times of relatively high sexual hormonal production or even lust. Then somehow as I experienced more and more cell kundalini, I noticed that the actual sexual dimension was lessened (possibly due to cyclical reduction of sexuality with age coupled with practice).

So there takes place a conversion of some of the stock of kundalini energy from direct sushumna arousal to a more generalized cellular manifestation of it. If sushumna arousal is more akin to high pleasure then I guess the experienced cell kundalini in terms of sensation is more like the bliss feelings I am working on identifying, defining or understanding.

Regardless, the more generalized kundalini expression in other cellular regions of the body implies a direct investment in those areas on the physical as well as subtle bodies. It is also possible that connecting with cellular kundalini expressions implies a certain level of meditation.
