Not a bad hallucinogen except for determining what is the dosage for your particular body, and also to get some supervision when taking it. It does not cause an increase in control over the psyche but if the person already has much control, then that will more than likely remain, otherwise the person will lose whatever little control he already had and that will cause havoc, like in the report.
